We belive that our designs should be adaptive, holistic and accessible and that isn't just a tag line, its our guiding principles. Our designs adapt to the needs of our clients, we don't expect you to adapt to ours. When we design, we emerse ourselves in your vision and create accordingly. Holistic design views all of the different parts of a building as interconnected, how natural light fills a room is just as important as the room itself. Accessible, we like to design to meet the needs of everyone, no matter what their needs, we have them covered.

At AHA Designs Commercial we specialise in creating designs that perfectly suit our clients needs, producing comprehensive design ideas that perfectly match the criteria provided whilst seamlessly embedding statutory requirements and overcoming environmental constraint's.
3D Modeling
At AHA Designs Commercial, we firmly believe that having high quality visuals of the final design are a vital element of informing design thinking. Whether we're designing a milking shed or a nursing home we will produce a range of 3D visuals to enable all interested parties to be able to visualise design concepts.
Plans for Construction
Our service provides everything required for the construction of your project be it a farm building, farm shop, holiday let, office complex or nursing home. We provide full plans submission for Building Control applications including SAP Assessments and Structural Engineer Calculations
